The following information may be required when completing the Application for Sponsorship form.
- Evidence of incorporation as a not-for-profit body (if applicable)
- Tax Deductible status, with copy of Tax Office letter (if applicable)
- Notification if your organisation has Deductible Gift Recipient (DGR) with copy of Tax Office notification (if applicable)
- Notification of NZ Business Number if relevant
- Copy of constitution
Ensure all the requested information is forwarded with the completed Application for Sponsorship form.
